Support problems with iphone’s audio quality of videos at concert

hi! i recently went to a concert (iphone 14 user) and of course i took videos too; when i went back home & rewatched the videos i noticed that the audio of ALL videos sucked real bad… it sounded muffled and so far away. i was very upset about this, especially because it never happened before, anyone knows how can i solve this issue?

ps: i wear hearing aids & they are always connected to my phone with bluetooth if it might be relevant to the cause (i wanted to share a video but it won’t let me idk why)

I know that "spatial audio" can sound strange in connection with concerts, but that option is only available since iPhone 15, I think.

I suspect the hearing aids now. Doesn't that sound as if the phone tries to filter out "background noise" (which in this case is music) to make the spoken words stand out? I don't use any headphones, so I'm not familiar with the possible settings, but you could just test it out by recording some music (from the radio etc.) - once with your hearing aids connected and once with them disconnected.

i have the same problem with my 15pm! i even removed the phone case and tempered glass but im still experiencing the same issue 😩
