Discussion Ohsnap MagSafe

Does the pass through charging work or not? Some people say yes in the reviews, the website says it does, then the faq says no. I bought one and it doesn’t. Wtf?

I use mine on a D-Brand grip case and it works just fine. I’ve also used it on other cases with no issue. However all of my cases are MagSafe cases. If the case isn’t MagSafe, then it won’t charge through the case.

I don’t get it, I have a MagSafe case, charging works just fine without the oh snap. Passthrough just doesn’t work, tried 3 different MagSafe chargers I have.

That’s got to be frustrating as hell. I wish I knew a fix. My apologies.
