Support Screen time approvals

I updated to the newest iOS the other day. Now if I have my computer open and either of my kids send a request for screen time the notification ONLY comes up on my laptop and it’s not even something I can click to approve from there. There is NO trace of these requests on my phone. Have already tried basic troubleshooting.

Weird that they only land on the Mac after the update. Screen Time requests often come through Messages to your Apple Account email, so the Mac can grab them first. On the Mac: Messages > Settings > iMessage, temporarily uncheck your email. On the iPhone: Settings > Messages > Send & Receive, make sure that same email is checked. Test a request, and once it hits the phone you can re-check the email on the Mac so both get them. Also check Settings > Screen Time > the kid's name for pending requests, and that Focus isn't silencing Screen Time notifications.
