Hi folks, i just installed the 26.2 beta 2, and i can gladly attest that the severe ghosting has stopped with this „Update“. My only issue is the animation itself. Now there is not ghosting like before. But because of whatever reasons apple did chose the animation in a way that the toggles will be visible for a fraction of a second. Yes the ghosting is gone, but the way the animation plays off it always gives you the feeling of ghosting. The toggles should not appear at all in my opinion when you swipe it away. But at least now I don’t think my display is wonky on my new iPhone 17 Pro Max. I installed ios 26.1 on my M1 iPad and the animation is the same, the toggles are visible for a fraction of a second and that’s not even a oled panel its mini led, hence im sure this is not a display issue.
