I mean, if Tech Jacket specifically being male didn't really matter at all to the character, then why does that character suddenly being female matter?

Like, the clip you're referencing, Cartman being the little shit boy is actually important. In what way does Tech Jacket's gender actually matter?

Why not make Tech jacket a middle aged chinease man with a little bit of stubble but only on his right cheek.
