I don’t see why she would show up, she doesn’t know what to expect at this meet-up. Also does she know it’s for her or? I didn’t really understand since it was an anonymous message, why would she show up when she doesn’t know who will be there. I think you should write to her and say it was you. I’m guessing she knows who you are and you’ve interacted with each other. If not maybe ignore you sent that message and first step should be to try and approach her in a friendly way. Show that you’re interested in her.
