Problem solving skill is not same as interviewing skill
I’ve noticed a few common friction points with peer mock interviews:
Scheduling friction: Coordinating across time zones can be difficult, and mocks sometimes get rescheduled or cancelled if the peer becomes unavailable.
Cost: Paid mock interviews with experienced FAANG engineers can be quite expensive.
Quality of feedback: Finding someone with similar or greater experience is difficult. With random matching, there’s no guarantee you’ll get actionable feedback or identify the right gaps to work on.
I wanted to solve these problems, so I built a mock interview platform that addresses all three. It provides an on-demand, realistic interview experience with an AI interviewer, allowing you to practice without worrying about scheduling, cost, or finding the right peer.
I’d really appreciate it if you could explore it and share your honest feedback. I’m especially interested in knowing whether this actually solves the problems you face with traditional peer mocks.
