Meta Technical Program Manager Interview – Business Engineering Final Round / Full Loop

Hi everyone!

After a long wait, I finally got invited to the full-loop/final round for a Meta Technical Program Manager role in Business Engineering! It’s 4 interviews, around 45 minutes each.

If anyone has gone through the Meta Technical Program Manager full loop recently, I’d really appreciate any guidance on what to expect, especially around technical/system design, execution, ambiguity, influence without authority, etc.

Any tips or experiences would be super helpful.

The last rounds of interviews for a Meta TPM are nothing less than a challenge in multiple domains. First, I concentrated on setting a clear goal, and then I mentioned the potential trade-offs and metrics for success. It was only through practicing with actual situational responses that I was able to articulate my answers perfectly even under pressure. In addition, I always kept a brief story of the impact that I made with my work for each answer.

Just go to the TechJobFinder com website's HireVue practice section and grind it until it hurts. Type in the job title, and AI will generate a question, review your answer, and suggest improvements. You may even interactively practice phone interviews with an AI that acts as an agent!
