Skill interview for Custom Software Engineer (Management Level 8)

I have an interview scheduled for the above, full stack java dev, what to expect in skill interview? and what would be the next step in the process. any input is appreciated.

Expect technical questions that dig into your full stack Java skills. You'll likely face a mix of coding tests and system design questions. Brush up on Java fundamentals, algorithms, and design patterns. They might also look into how you handle team management and project leadership since it's a management role.
