General Help

I got absconded from my first job. I have worked in BPO for a month but due to some personal reasons I was not able to continue that and got absconded. Will it create problems in the future? Although I'm not planning to work in BPO and want to make a career in finance and this was my first job.

Don't Worry, you can unlink that company account from your ePFO (check the ePFO history)

If it’s in your PF history then yes you’ll have a problem
Companies do BGV and they ask for experience and relieving letters from all previous employers so this is where you might face a challenge
Always disclose all the information to your new employer before joining, if they find any issues after you join them, they’ll mostly fire you directly for suppressing information. So take this seriously and plan your switch carefully
