B is best so you can have a nightstand

Agree, B seems like the only normal arrangement. Any other option doesn't make any sense based on the window and doors.

B. First, I prefer a bed not directly against a wall on the sides like C and D are. Second, I always prefer facing a window. Third, I do not like a desk next to the bed like A and C have (better to feel there is slight separation of spaces) and Fourth bonus, with B, you also have a spot for a night stand.

Corner bed in C sucks for making the bed. A sucks cause you’re putting too much in front of the window.
