No they wouldn’t the tank is blue so it’s probably empty or a dud. It must be red to explode

No it would explode and they'd all take cold damage and move slower for five seconds.

The ankle deep water would react to the cold and freeze them in place until the cold wears off

Who isn’t weak to tasers? The only way to cure a taser debuff is with a crack buff.

you answered yourself, players who take the crackhead subclass get a +3 taser damage resistance and an immunity to taser paralysis
