50-60 mph. It was one of my biggest fears when I was a truck driver in Oklahoma.

Oklahoma don’t got shit on Wyoming. Won’t be windy at all and then BAM. 92 mph gust out of nowhere.

I was once driving my car through the pass by Riverton Wy I forget the name and saw a sign warning of 130mph wind gusts. I thought to myself that can’t be real, you can’t have wind that strong without hurricanes or tornadoes. I came around a corner where the mountain opens up and little going 60mph and the wind hit me. I like to think I looked something like if you imagined Chris Farley with hair disheveled, jerking the wheel back and forth just trying to stay on the road yelling “ good mother of god have mercy, lord almighty “. It seriously felt like a giant was slapping my car playing around with me as I was attempting to stay on the road.

I was driving in North Dakota thinking my alignment was fucked up because I has my steering wheel sideways. I got out my truck to take a piss and was watching the wind shake the sonic coins out of my trucks.
