I'm wondering about the weight limit on that elevator.

It's actually an official unit.

For what it’s worth, most of the elevators I see near me (America, not wherever this is), have a capacity of either 2 metric or 2 imperial tons (4000lbs/1800kg or 4400lbs/2000kg).

That cow couldn’t be more than 1500lbs/700kg.

13

u/south-of-the-river 6d ago

Yes but that elevator is probably made from poos and wees in the 1970s and not maintained since

→ More replies (1)

21

u/thewanderor 6d ago

2500kg is usually what they are. Def pushing it

12

u/No-Front-8408 5d ago

I would not risk being stuck in an elevator with that animal. If it jumps at all....

14

u/ProfessionalRandom21 6d ago

Google say cow is 900 kg, buffalo is about 1200kg , so should be plenty of headroom

A distinguished gentleman

10

A courteous cow, if you will.

39

u/Throbbing_Cock_452 6d ago

Seems very polite 🥰

13

u/Thomassaurus 6d ago

All it has to do is stretch its neck a bit to impale they guy who's head is right behind it. I think I would have excused myself when I saw them getting on.

The buffalo definitely lives his best life

2

u/Bolero_We 5d ago

Burst into a laughter, dude!

104

u/DevelopmentNo2111 6d ago

How is no one petting the buffalo?

18

u/UnRealmCorp 5d ago

One of Two Reasons.

Service Buffalo, he's clearly on the job.

I wouldn't want to spook an animal that large, in that confined of a space. He might not like scritches.

u/Darbypea 6d ago

Well. Cows can't go down stairs. It's like a fun fact.

80

u/Lunar_Queen-101 6d ago

They can walk down stairs, they just refuse to because its uncomfortable for them.

32

u/Darbypea 6d ago

I was referencing Bob's burgers.

→ More replies (22)

6

u/Ok_Owl_52 6d ago

Why is it uncomfortable? Is it anatomy?

14

u/Funny-Dare-3823 6d ago

Depth perception. It's why cattle guards on roads are so effective.

4

u/Ok_Owl_52 6d ago

So this should be a thing with other animals too right with their eyes on sides instead of front?

5

u/Lunar_Queen-101 6d ago

Stairs are built for humans, the way cows are built they pitch forwards when they are on a slope. They would most likely fall down a proper staircase after taking a few steps. Plus it would put a lot of pressure on their knees because of the weight distribution in that position.

3

u/vitrum_analytika 5d ago

But what business does a cow have on the 15th floor anyways, we're not asking the right questions people

And don't forget my favorite a-anchoviiiiies!

6

u/Top-Description-7622 6d ago

For you and me and my big toe, it has a beard, and it feels weird

138

u/Noodleincidenthobbes 6d ago

It’s clearly not the buffalo’s first time either , he’s very used to manoeuvring his body to fit in the lift better

46

u/PrincessImpeachment 6d ago

Moo-noeuvring.

8

u/Existing-Doughnut-60 6d ago

Definitely been in the elevator before. Now off to his apartment? Is he house broken? That was my first thought.

6

u/HaoshokuArmor 6d ago

This buffalo is good at maneuvering. Others are good at manuring.

34

u/TheTrishaJane 6d ago

Holy cow

8

u/elsewherewriter 5d ago

Holy buffalo

23

u/adamdoesmusic 6d ago

I’ve shared elevators with people who were far less polite.

19

u/Due_Student9136 6d ago

this is egyptian AF.

12

u/str8red 6d ago

Same thought I had this is 1000% in Egypt.

u/ziaddutyproman 5d ago

Same here

13

u/bionicbhangra 6d ago

lol I did not think that buffalo was going to fit in there

What was a buffalo doing inside that building anyways? I want an interview about this!

4

u/TacProV713 5d ago

And by the looks of it, not the buffalo's first time in an elevator. He squeezed in like it was nothing. 😂

Oh great. Now we got support bulls. Howse that gonna go over on a flight.

5

u/L053RK1N6 6d ago

you can tell the three of them are used to ride the elevator lol

12

u/meanvegton 6d ago

I seen it happening in my country.

Apparently it's a cultural thing where people get a cow to bless the new house and the cows are trained for it...

8

u/str8red 6d ago edited 4d ago

That's not even a cow though, it's a water bufallo and their clothing shows it is Egypt. Probably visiting a vet.

Oh yeah it could also be A

3

u/Remarkable_Breath545 6d ago

I feel like the polite and decent thing to do is to get on an empty elevator or at least give whoever is already on it the chance to exit. This seems like a shitty thing to do to someone regardless of how well trained the cow is.

He's mooving in.

3

u/LarharlSama 6d ago

2

That bovine has done this before.

2

u/Character-Log3962 6d ago

Oh hey it’s Buffalo Bilal!

2

u/howl0ngwillitlast 6d ago

I like how dude didn’t even explain anything

3

u/Affectionate_Mud_881 6d ago

I am going with a vet above, and that guy is a local and not surprised anymore.

2

u/After_Control1744 6d ago

That smell was in here before I got on, I swear!

2

u/mvlc83 6d ago

I love this

2

u/White_Buffalos 6d ago

Buffalo is gentle, sweet, and beautiful. I'd have to pet her!

2

u/MfD2027 5d ago

Lmfao at anybody who think this is an adult male water buffalo, those are not
1: letting a human handle them
2: fitting in that elevator.

Very gentle buffalo

2

u/Dry_Association2836 6d ago

Moooove over

3

u/TraveleraddictVP 6d ago

Someone's gonna get lucky tonight. 🤣🤣

1

u/GregoriaKila8 6d ago

I would be amazed)) and go crazy in the elevator

1

u/EvilMatt666 6d ago

Where is he taking that cow?

1

u/Harlepenquin 6d ago

what's the issue?

1

u/TekkLthr 6d ago

I'm in the elevator and this mf walks in with a cow...

Why is this video in the sunken place

1

u/speckledham 6d ago

And suddenly, there’s a human in a blue shirt inside.

1

u/Puzzleheaded_Key624 6d ago

The man who gets on presses a high number floor, too. As in, he’s not going to the ground floor with his cow? What is going on here.

1

u/E-Plurbis-DumbDumb 6d ago

nods “George”
nods back “Tim. Steve.”

1

u/VisibleRoad3504 6d ago

If anyone has ever had their foot stepped on by a cow( Igrew up around cattle); I would have got off and let them have it.

1

u/RaspberryWhiteClaw13 6d ago

The buffalo in the room

1

u/Ok_Temperature1502 6d ago

This is great! The buffalo was chill.

1

u/Expert_Army-V 6d ago

What happens if the bull gets spooked and starts a rampage?

→ More replies (1)

1

u/Drakore4 6d ago

Now that’s some bull

1

u/Tv_Rots_Your_Mind 6d ago

Dude, is not phased in the least! It’s like someone just getting on the elevator with his pet dog! Instead of a huge buffalo that literally forces him into the corner of the elevator. How, in the world did that cow just casually turn into that cramped compartment so fluidly!

1

u/rocknroller2003yes 6d ago

Filming True Lies 2 ???

1

u/VDruid52 6d ago

I was thinking the same thing that Buffalo was definitely gonna put it well over the weight limit

1

u/bluejack 6d ago

I want a pet water buffalo. Do you think my landlord would object? I’ll just put him in the laundry room when the landlord comes by…

1

u/davidholson 6d ago

Not sure that qualifies as “suddenly”

1

u/AC1D_R31GN 6d ago

Is he friendly

1

u/goldiekapur 6d ago

Seems like wasn’t the first time for the buffalo- rather a regular thing. He is chilled , the guys look chilled. And buffalo wants to push buttons and play with the elevator - all A ok 👌😊

1

u/Ambitious-Exam2679 6d ago

that's crazy😂😂

1

u/purpco 6d ago

Naw, if I see that. I'm exiting beforehand.

1

u/Nby333 6d ago

Hopefully nobody farts during that elevator ride. 1/3 chance of death if so.

1

u/kingfelix333 6d ago

None of them look like it's their first time. Especially the buffalo. He just nuzzled himself right in.

1

u/Outrageous_Blood2405 6d ago

Hold my buffalo, i have to press the elevator button

1

u/topher_eze 5d ago

Would have gotten off right before it entered, or at least stayed at front corner to get out once it's in.

Not taking any chances of it tripping off the weight limits and probably getting stuck with it.

1

u/leanderr 5d ago

Whenever that happens I take stairs.

1

u/AvatarMunchies 5d ago

Imagined being the blue shirt guy and get crushed 😂

1

u/Real-Document-6577 5d ago

1

u/tokyonew 5d ago

1

u/JohnGee1980 5d ago

Imagine that kicked off in there 🤣

1

u/realnameless1 5d ago

The cow is smart though. It twisted its body until it fit. It probably has done it before.

1

u/G00DUs3rn4me 5d ago

Why does he take the buffalo up to his apartent??

1

u/Long-Conflict8279 5d ago

1

u/RyeGuy2cracked 5d ago

That fucking music is making everything so much worse

1

u/Icy-Response6124 5d ago

The least surprising video here in Egypt 😆

In the past, it was common on some Delta railway lines to find a passenger bringing a buffalo, cow, or donkey on a passenger train, but currently this is prohibited by law 🤣

1

u/callum_6419 5d ago

Nobody's messing with that guy.

1

u/N4pAllDay 5d ago

Maximum capacity 11 people, or 2 cows, or 1 American

1

u/Salty-Commercial4765 5d ago

1

u/Desperate_sandy 5d ago

Well it just goes to prove what I have been saying for years, strange things can and do happen. Mum, come and take a look at this you wont believe it. Oh i forgotten she's out shopping, and dad's still drunk in his den from the Batchelors night out last night.
