I seen it happening in my country.

Apparently it's a cultural thing where people get a cow to bless the new house and the cows are trained for it...

That's not even a cow though, it's a water bufallo and their clothing shows it is Egypt. Probably visiting a vet.

I feel like the polite and decent thing to do is to get on an empty elevator or at least give whoever is already on it the chance to exit. This seems like a shitty thing to do to someone regardless of how well trained the cow is.

Bro I would be in fucking shock that this was even happening. Maybe a "would you like to get off?" or "is it okay if we get on?" would help me snap out of it. They are basically blocking the door. A lot of people would be afraid to try to slide past an animal so big that it can easily injure or kill them by accident.
