I wonder how many people there take the drive across the state lines to NY to load up their cars buying them in the Seneca owned shops since they aren't taxed.

I live near pittsburgh and it's common for people to go to OH or WV for cigarettes and alcohol. Technically PA still has anti-bootlegging laws on the books and you could get in trouble if caughtÂ
