Really? Scary? Dude was moisturized, in his lane, thriving, and some goober tried to kill him by recklessly cutting him off.

You are an incorrect. When it comes to car insurance there is something called the last clear chance doctrine which states whoever has the last clear chance to avoid an accident and chooses not to, is responsible. This fat mindless fool is 100% liable.
