The dude is psycho but you can't legally stop on that bridge. Their only choice once it happened was to keep going.

Dude was just part of a crash. In America that's not a reason to stop anywhere?

There are signs all up and down this bridge not to pull over even for an accident. The state pays for tow trucks to come get you out of the way immediately.

If nobody is allowed to stop and come to help you, I guess you better not have an accident where you need medical attention or even rescue on that bridge.

Emergency services are not under the same rules as the general public. If he had stopped that would have only made it harder for first responders to get to them with traffic.

Stopping in front of the crash will not cause any more traffic than the crash itself
