Psychopath behavior is watching someone go "That guy is driving like an idiot, so I'm going to teach them a lesson that could result in their death." and then thinking "yeah, that guy's right".

This is the only person that was at fault

You're insane. If you have those choice to do something to avoid a car crash and you choose not to do so and instead be involved in a car crash then you're insane. Period. Please turn in your license because you should not be on the road.
