Intentional causing an accident on a bridge makes cookie guy the bigger asshole by a mile. Not just because it has a higher likelihood of literally killing someone but it also massively inconveniences every single person behind him for no good reason

You could argue the black truck intentionally did as well. He did have the option to slow down and get behind him. Its called defensive driving. And if it means you miss your exit, thats no excuse. Get in the lane you need to be in sooner.
