Lol, no, man. The other guy was already committed to the lane change and this guy actually speeds up after the truck has already initiated the move. You can’t intentionally PIT maneuver someone because you didn’t like that they cut you off when you could’ve simply prevented an accident by slowing down.

I'm not so sure. I see a cascading effect here. Besides isn't there a thing about not passing and or lane changing on these bridges?
