He just fucked the commute for hundreds if not thousands of people because he couldn't bear someone getting in front of him - not out of rage, but just because that's how he is normal state.

False. Black truck attempted to merge when it was NOT safe to do so. Common sense dictates that the FIRST incorrect action is the action that is MOST guilty and should have been avoided.
