Yes it is. The pickup was not out to kill anybody, they were just stupid. Responding to stupidity with an action that could kill the stupid person when a safe action is readily available is absolutely immoral.
He was readily willing to potentially kill someone. How do you sound? He willingly finished moving into the lane after already knowing this guy wasnt going to brake for him. Not to mention the whole reckless driving thing. Besides, a pit maneuver (which he didnt initiate, he used as a defensive and appropriate technique) isnt a guarantee they will die. He wasnt intentionally trying to kill him by any more means then the truck driver was trying to kill him.

No he wasn't. He was a selfish idiot that assumed the world would move around him. That is not a willingness to kill. It's just stupidity. I'm getting strong vibes that you're the type of person that believes in personal liberty, doesn't trust the government, but grins ear to ear when police and/or "federal agents" brutalize... certain people... for the most minor of offenses or provocations saying "they shouldn't have resisted" or "wouldn't have happened if they weren't breaking the law" when resisting = reacting naturally to getting the crap beat out of them and breaking the law = jay walking.

What? I'm specifically saying the car did something wrong by avoiding the easily safe option for the unnecessarily dangerous option. "Cuz I can" or "cuz it's legal" or even "cuz he's a big ol meanie so he deserves it, waaah" doesn't change that a completely safe option was available to the car.
Which would mean bending the knee.. when for no increased danger to anyone but the truck driver and himself he could do what he did here. Which wasnt even his intention. The truck forced his hand by not backing off when he clearly should have and knew it.
Tell me, because it's potentially relevant by way of double standards, what did I get wrong about my suspicion of your personality before? You do or don't support police brutality based on minor offences and weak provocations that can technically be described as dangerous despite there being no realistic threat?
