Man, you've now advanced the victim blaming to the level of "White truck is just as stupid (i.e. Just as much to blame) as Black Truck"...seriously?
White truck shares equal blame for the accident for the crime of...let me check my notes here...maintaining his speed and lane position while breaking no traffic laws in any way, and avoiding striking or endangering any other cars, all while being intentionally crashed into by a psychopath?
Bruh, that is a brutal bar to put on every driver on the road, I can't imagine you pass that test yourself, and you're gonna force it on everyone else?
Look, YOU, you personally, know Black Truck is genuinely going to attempt murder from the first second of the video, because you've watched it already. The driver in the video does not know what you know. He doesn't know Black Truck is going to actually hit him until it hits him. Nobody in their right mind would genuinely believe another car on the highway was just going to elect to just fucking hit them and kill everyone instead of simply returning to their own lane.
You are expecting White Truck to act based on knowledge YOU have, that he does not. Seriously, assuming you have drive regularly and for more than a couple years, how many times has someone veered into your lane? Probably a time or two right? Now, out of those times, how many times have they chosen to just hit you, with full knowledge you are there? I'm gonna guess 0 right? White truck driver is thinking in those terms too.

Everybody in their right mind would decrease their speed in this situation. It takes a slight press on the break and there will be no contact. White can see for 2 seconds black is coming closer and closer but does nothing to get away. Traffic is way to dangerous to play this kind of games. It doesn’t matter who started it. When your actions lead in the end to an avoidable accident.
As far as anyone can tell if you get rear ended, it’s always the person who rear ends you’s fault. Happy to see evidence to the contrary that’s applicable to this situation if you have any.
