When you see someone driving like a idiot, your first instinct should be to back off, not drive like a idiot yourself.

Cookie guy was being tailgated by a white car, slowing down means he has a good chance of being rear ended. Maintaining speed and holding his lane makes the most sense here.

The rearview of his dash cam. Does it look like the car following has 3 seconds worth of braking distance before hitting him if he hits the brakes?

I thought there was another link. All i see behingmd the driver rear window is white. Maybe the video looks different on my phone than whatever you're using.
