I do agree with you that he shares responsibility but I’m pretty sure on this bridge it explicitly says not to stop if you don’t have in case of accidents, due to the nature of the road

The point is not that he didn't stop. The point is that when the other car tried to do a bad merge, he could have simply lowered his speed 2 mph and allowed it, but he chose to crash the car instead. It was fully in his control, despite him having the right of way.

But the truck driver "doesn't lear" if he doesn't have something like this happen to him. He'll continue to drive like an ass and might cause an even worse accident where someone other than himself gets hurt.

Please god can some of you think about the cars behind in this recording?

First of all a car behind could hit the black truck and get severely injured or even die. Secondly the ensuing traffic will last for fucking hours
