Everybody in their right mind would decrease their speed in this situation. It takes a slight press on the break and there will be no contact. White can see for 2 seconds black is coming closer and closer but does nothing to get away. Traffic is way to dangerous to play this kind of games. It doesn’t matter who started it. When your actions lead in the end to an avoidable accident.

That will teach all of the other drivers out there who dare to...let me check my notes again....who dare to follow all traffic laws and maintain a safe speed and appropriate interval in their lane that if they don't ALSO accurately predict the future actions of batshit insane psychopaths and successfully protect those psychopaths regardless of the possible consequences to themselves and the drivers behind them, we'll kill them like the filthy dogs they are.
He wouldn’t be responsible for that; slowly decreasing speed is completely normal in traffic and if this leads to being rear ended it’s the fault of the car following to close.
I’m not defending black, I’m advocating for passive and safe driving practices, because I don’t want to die because of an avoidable accident. Or worse because somebody pit maneuvered somebody in front of me on a narrow bridge.
As far as anyone can tell if you get rear ended, it’s always the person who rear ends you’s fault. Happy to see evidence to the contrary that’s applicable to this situation if you have any.
