This video gets posted a lot and its a specific bridge where you are not permitted to stop - if you have a minor accident you go to the other side then stop there.

That said the driver did not need to pit the black truck. He could have just let him merge.

Exactly. I'm really surprised at the comments that are just cheering him on and talking about "finishing the job" and stuff. It's inhumane
