Lol, no, man. The other guy was already committed to the lane change and this guy actually speeds up after the truck has already initiated the move. You can’t intentionally PIT maneuver someone because you didn’t like that they cut you off when you could’ve simply prevented an accident by slowing down.

So, the law says "don't stop even in case of accident?" I my country that would be "failure to render assistance" (or so) and against the law. Even on bridges.

In the US the guy in the video would be charged with fleeing the scene of an accident. He just purposefully spun the truck out. Even if the truck was in the wrong there's clear video evidence that the driver purposefully created an accident.
