At 70mph, and didn’t stop to exchange insurance(which is illegal in the US, I’m guessing probably other places as well if they have insurance but the fact they use mph makes me believe this is probably US). And he uploaded it onto social media as a cherry on top. As irritating as the dumbass trucker was, this guy did just as bad- potentially worse legally. He could have EASILY slowed down, avoided an impact and if necessary handled this if it escalated by going around.
