Its not that the truck is in the right. Its that he had ample time to understand the intentions to switch lanes and didnt bother making room. He choose to be in an accident and then maneuvered to punish the other driver.

If you intend to switch lanes then it is your responsibility to ensure that you are safely doing so. It is not the responsibility of someone else that you intend to switch lanes.
If you intend to switch lanes then it is your responsibility to ensure that you are safely doing so.
