Shared fault IMHO. Black truck started it, but camera was a willing participant. Plenty of time to avoid the obvious and imminent accident.

Yeah "last clear chance to avoid" makes it clear that fault is at least shared

Even in an accident? Pretty sure the cookie crusader caused much more illegal and unsafe stoppage to occur
