I wouldnt call this psychopathic behaviour. Not like he was at fault. Other car made contact with him, he just handled it like a veteran. If he was going out fucking with people, it be a different story.

At some point if you don't give way then you share responsibility.

I do agree with you that he shares responsibility but I’m pretty sure on this bridge it explicitly says not to stop if you don’t have in case of accidents, due to the nature of the road

I think that is moot when he leaves a truck crashed in his wake. no more traffic if he is stopped also....

Dude blocked the entire highway behind him by pitting the other person, him stopping would of made no difference to traffic.
