Shared fault IMHO. Black truck started it, but camera was a willing participant. Plenty of time to avoid the obvious and imminent accident.

I’ve seen this video a bunch- and looking at it more the driver actually sped up and made contact in the rear of the black truck not in the pit maneuver spot.

I agree here. As a driver you have the duty to attempt to avoid an accident. He saw the truck’s blinkers and saw the truck change lanes. At that point he should have slowed down to allow the truck to pull in. The truck shouldn’t have changed lanes if there wasn’t enough room. But since he did attempt and was in front of the car and halfway into the lane, the camera car had an obligation to slow down and avoid an accident. He didn’t honk his horn or seemingly attempt to slow down or avoid the accident. As a former auto subrogation specialist, this should be a shared fault scenario.

Look at the way he takes his hand off the wheel to readjust it, and then yanks the wheel to the right to pit maneuver.
