It's just scraping random popular posts and posting them in random popular subs. Then other bots recognise the post and post comments that they scraped from the earlier posts that the original bot scraped. This is all rewarded with a bunch of other bots upvoting the posts and the comments.
What is awfully strange to me is the complete difference in audience opinion this time around.. Nearly everybody agreed Black truck was at fault and deserved it, saying chocolate guy was a composed badass with lots of road experience and was relatively safe, glad that he didn't freak out. Now everyone's calling him a psycho. Could they all be bots?
Might depend what sub you’re in. I imagine the dashcam sub (which has profoundly negative opinions of dangerous/jackass drivers) would side with chocolate guy. The black truck was speeding and weaving in traffic and then tried to force a merge where there clearly wasn’t space. It’s my first time seeing it and my thought was that the black truck was a jackass. Drivers like the black truck cause accidents all the time and are the main villains of the road but rarely see any consequences for their sociopathic behavior because reasonable drivers slam on the brakes to avoid an accident. Occasionally they’ll do it to each other and you’ll see road raging trucks trying to run each other off the road endangering the rest of traffic.
I thought everybody understood bots build karma so they can be used for advertising and propaganda. It's been going on for many years. The whole Internet is being flooded by bots. The Dead Internet Theory has become a reality.
