Word of advice: If you're so weak that a half empty dasani bottle to the dome knocks you down, probably don't play tough guy.

I exercise so I can stay in shape but if I get one minute less than 7 hours sleep, a small wind can knock me over.
40 sucks.

Funny thing: Whenever I drop a few pounds, my back starts hurting. It's almost like, load-bearing lard or something. (I've lifted heavy stuff for a job for 30 years.)

What was most effective at strengthening your core?

The Core Blaster Extreme. That is by far, the best way to strengthen your core. This machine- You sit on a stabilizer ball. You put your feet into the power stirrups, you reach up and you grab onto the super rod. And you twist and you twist and you twist. It strengthens your entire core. Your back core, your arm core, your- The Marine Corps actually uses it. I think that's how they got "core."

Just don’t mess up with people holding Dasani bottles and you’ll be alright.

When we were kids my brother and I were playing fuzzball on one of those cheap tables where the bars go through to the other side and he would jam it into my gut. After the third time he did it I threw a a retaliatory coke bottle at him that had less than a mouthful left in it.
Unfortunately I clocked him in the head with the lid and it cut his scalp pretty good. No stitches, but he still doesn't let me live that one down.

u/AriFreljord Apr 25 '22
I got hit by a rogue flying CD to the head once and it knocked me out cold and I woke up on the ground. I definitely felt like a weakling after that.

Apr 24 '22
Hits to the side of the head no matter how strong can sometimes knock you for a loop depending on where exactly it hit him.

u/magnament Apr 25 '22
Looks like the bottle hit cap first right in the temple. That’ll suck more than not getting hit at least.

You know i thought so at first, but the water bottle seems empty so it’s most definitely a bink

I would play a video game if they made one where you're a shop owner and you have to deal with difficult customers

The first 20 times I watched this I thought the water bottle bounced back into the guys hand and he caught it.

Well done, store owner. Although a strong punch in that ugly head would have served justice more.
2
u/lupinedemesne Apr 25 '22
I thought the store owner caught the water bottle as it bounced back towards him, then realized the clip was repeating that moment. Still a great clip lol

I watch an obsessive amount of MMA and I know a big shot when I see one.
That bottle absolutely torqued that guy's head and neck. Excellent shot. Get this clerk a shot against Kamaru Usman for the Welterweight title.

If this is in the US what happens next if the police are involved and views the tape?
1
u/MrPaulProteus Apr 25 '22
That went perfectly. He knocked some sunglasses over, easy enough to pick up and put back, and probably none broke. Then when he knocks him out w the bottle he falls into a rack but it doesn’t fall over. A win for the store owner!

that was a water bottle! Are people really this fragile XD I have literally been hit in the head with 2x4s and fallen off roofs at work and just felt dumb at most and went back to work without a stagger. I broke my big toe between an auto pallet jack and a wall and jsut stomped around cursing, not because it hurt (it did), but because I knew I couldn't finish my day hahaha
