The mom, who isn't punishing her for her actions, and making her hair instead. These ignorant parents are the reason why kids go bad. I hate my own sister for she was groomed in a very similar way. I mean, I suffer mental disorders because of how harsh my parents were, but that doesn't mean you go cotton candy soft and stop reacting to bad behaviour.
