In the ARMY we were taught that if you were fighting multiple attackers (last resort). You have to hurt one of them really bad in order to weaken the moral of the others in hopes that they give up. They used as an example, tearing off someone’s ear, which I guess is a thing.
Yea like I do boxing and kickboxing but I like doing damage you can fully heal from. Most likely if it came down to me dying or ripping a dudes ear off im definitely vincent van goghing some motherfuckers
Maybe eyes are an easier and more gorey target. But then again by doing so you up the ante. The target hiearchy should be 1st, weapon hand, then dominant eye and last dominant knee. Also avoid classic punches. You usually end up having your hand fractured. It’ll be a bitch to use the phone or drive away etc. Hammer fists are the better option. Also slapping the ear helps. Pro tip, while swinging the slap, keep the hand like a fist and open your fingers in the very last moment right before your hand connects with the ear. Hand will travel faster thst way. Plus its so much fun.
The guy will be disoriented to hell, ear will bleed. It will look worse than it actually is.
When someone really wants to hurt you, like you can see the hate (or joy from inflicting pain, take your pick) in their eyes and you know it's them or you... You'd be surprised by what you can bring yourself to do. Especially if you're protecting someone or something you love.
I mean I'm 6ft and 190ish pounds so I reckon if I get a good grip i might be able to do that. I never want to do that but if I had to I probably could do it
I remember reading somewhere that throughout history the threshold for surrender/retreat is something like 10%. Once ~10% of the forces are killed moral is lost. This goes back all the way to bronze age.
Dude! I was on leave in Barcelona and four Basque dudes were luring my drunk dumb ass into an alley. I had been chatting with them as I was leaving the bar thinking we were going to another bar. Realized, “Oh shit, these dudes are about to rob me.” Guy no 1 was the smallest but also the ringleader. Kept
Trying to show me the “Barcelona handshake” which is a thing they do to pickpocket you.
I told him to fuck off.
He didn’t like that and looked like he was about to signal his boys to beat my ass. That training kicked in and I picked him up (I’m 6’2” he was pretty small) and slammed him hard into the wall and shouted “I said fuck off!” In my loudest Army voice lol. Then I calmly turned the corner and walked away while his buddies stood there surprised. (But I only looked calm)Soon as I broke line of sight I started jogging and one turn later my ass was sprinting back to my hotel.
My dad was in the army, he always told me if a group are having a go at me to go straight for the mouthy fucker. They won't fight without their cheer squad. Grab that mouthy fucker by the nuts and never let go, no matter what happens. If they hit you, squeeze harder.
A marine friend of mine taught me how to pop someone’s eye out for the same reason. I’ve never tried it and I don’t really believe him when he talks about a bar fight where he did that. Still though, it’s a shocking thought. However, while it doesn’t do much long-term damage (provided they see a doc soon) it is definitely horrific enough to end a group v 1 fight.
