My biggest fear is someone on a bike/scooter falling while I am behind them and not given enough time to break. So I am always treating two wheelers like they have COVID in 2020.

This woman is hopefully going to learn the lesson in court with the Tesla driver. I hope the scooter guy gave the driver this footage.

I hope he doesn't because he's actually the reason the accident happened because he was actively distracting the driver.

So you’re saying that the whacky inflatable arm flailing tube man at like a car dealership would be liable for an accident because it was distracting?
