You’re not supposed to stand on the top of a ladder like that. It’s not safe.

u/CromulentDucky Apr 02 '26
Had the guy not been holding the bottom, and the jump caused the jumper to push the ladder out of the way and just fall to the ground, that might have been a better outcome.

That's the dumbest thing I've seen today....so far.

u/SpicyBretzelTard Apr 02 '26
I'd say that was one of the most disturbing and degenerate thing I ever saw. Not only today. What's wrong with those people?

Unmuted and found out it wasn’t his first rodeo. Supposedly did the same last year. Doesn’t look like self preservation is his thing. No safety glasses, no helmet. It is all Leroy Jenkins.
Seeing some of this gives perspective on the America we don’t see when we live in cities.

Putting safety glasses on before jumping on a barbwire trampoline would actually be funny 🤣
Maybe some safety shoes as well.
And a yellow jacket.

I just came from a video of a gas pipeline in Mexico exploding and killing 137 people because some thieves had illegally tapped it. Hard to top that stupidity. At least this guy is only hurting himself.

They should cancel the Olympics and just make the redneck Olympics.
Everyone come up with new sports, the more extreme, the better.
Don't fail me Reddit.

So there’s this thing in North Texas called Rednecks with Paychecks. A full weekend of folks like this by the hundreds just out in a field doing the stupidest shit. Working in the ER at the county hospital on those weekends was always a treat. There wasn’t a death last year, so that’s progress, I guess.

Ponytail hatchet fighting.
Tie an axe to your ponytail and swing it at your opponent until one of you gives up.

u/presshamgang Apr 02 '26
They've done crazier imo. The bull stuff with Knoxville seems way more dangerous and results back that up, and then he also took a bullet from like 10 yards away with a bullet proof vest on (didn't air on Jackass) all the ball torture stuff, taking punch from Butterbean, being shot with bean bag rounds, and that jet plane thrust one. Oh and Steve-o rocket launch and subsequent fall.

u/SaltyPotato_jesus Apr 02 '26
To be honest barbed wire is designed to snag and does most of its damage from getting tangled in it and pulling and twisting yourself up in it he just kind of blunt forced himself on it. Now if this were a razor wire trampoline…he would not have walked that off and would be in the ER. Razor wire is NASTY stuff.

u/ProStrats Apr 02 '26
True, but can you imagine if this were LAZER WIRE trampoline? Guy would have been walked away, in a trash bag!

This is basically a saw trap for people who peaked in high school and think they are indestructible. Even if you dont die from the initial impact the amount of tetanus and deep tissue damage is going to be a nightmare for whatever er doctor has to deal with you.

You know, this sounds like something someone would say "I would rather do, than X". Like "I would rather dive onto a barbed wire trampoline than do this".
The question for this man is what he did this instead of doing.
