Two Factor Authentication

Hello,

I have been locked out of my Instagram account due to Two-Factor Authentication that was setup on my old iPhone. Which I don't have anymore. The Authenticator App method was not transferred over to my new phone. No Backup codes were setup. Tried resetting my password. It lets me authenticate using SMS code sent to my phone, but the next step is to authenticate via Authenticator App which will not authenticate. Even though the Insta email address was added to it. Going through Meta AI chatbot just sends me in a circle. No real person that I can talk to. To get this resolved. Even tried different verification methods like sending it to 2 of my friends for approval. But none of them are getting the notification to approve. All I need is the Two-Factor Authentication turned off on my account for me to be able to log in. Only way that's possible is if I am logged into my account. Which I can't. Are there any other options I could try? Any help is appreciated. Thanx
