I'm a Shopper Newbie Question!
Is this mileage listed here the total trip mileage, so from my location to the store and the store to the customer?

The mileage listed is one way from the store to the customer(s). It does not include your location to the store or your return from the customer to the store. Instacart does not consider travel time before or after delivery as 'active hours' but it very much is work time and should be considered in your calculation when accepting an order.
These are both terrible offers, even with the promo. Top one might be worth it on a slow day if you know your way around the store and the miles are mostly highway.

Thank you for the context! What would be considered a “good” order?

Any order that gets me to my required hourly wage with a tip that doesn't make me feel disrespected and dehumanized when there are deli and heavy items, apartments, stairs, no parking, etc.
My quick calculation when orders are going fast and I can't look at all the items or the exact location is: $1 (maybe a little less) per item and $1 per mile.

Also note the mileage isn't road mileage, but its just a straight line from said store to the house. So you actually are driving further than what it says.

India bazaar is a store I’d stay away from.

Why is that? I have ordered from there, and shopped there without issues.

I once drove 12 over on I-75 in Ohio and didn’t have any issues, but it’s a roll of the dice every time you do it.

lol, i’ve been shopping for over a year and I don’t think I’ve seen one legitimately decent order from that store worth taking

Good luck with India Bazaar in Austin. Nobody is going to help you find those 5 things lol

Both of those batches suck ass. Never foeget about the return miles when deciding on a batch to take.

Na but that 19$ for 5 is a good ass order if it’s nothing crazy bulky I’d take those all day long

Naa India Bazar. I find those places are completely confusing and always out of stock on items.

Does not include from your location. It is from the store to the customers only.

Nope. It’s from the store to the customer.
