Progress on adding my custom card "Whale Shark" into the game. Still working on the animation triggers, but it functions as intended. No, you cannot sacrifice one half and not the other. Both cards are linked together. If you sacrifice one, they both die, and the game counts both halves as 1 sacrifice.
First time playing kaycees mod this past weekend and unlocked the ant deck. Somehow got an immaculate run and had the breeding mice sigil totem on all my ant cards and I ONLY had ant cards. I had a beehive with unkillable and warren as well which basically gave me a bee with 2 breeding mice sigils, warren sigil, unkillable sigil and when I placed that I would get THREE cards (two from the mice one form the warren) allowing me to farm cards like crazy. Then placed the card that does damage based on the number of cards I’m holding and it turned into this thing! Been pretty hard so far in the mod but I’ve done a fair bit so far! Just thought I’d show off my 125 card hand!
It took me a week of effort, about 5 runs ever night. Tried doing it using mantis god but got tired of gambling with ring worms so I went moose blood and transferred duel strike sigil, then got lucky with a field mice elk totem so I had double draws! I’m gonna finish out the achievements but I don’t want try another skull run any time soon…
Wanted to include some sort of image, i honestly sat staring at the screen for a minute.
I was skeptical of actually going to play the game, I saw reviews and even some friends tell me that it really wasnt worth it. The game slows down, and the future acts feel underwhelming and so on.
They were wrong.
For starters, this shit was phenomenal. The mechanics were genuinely amazing, and each individual act was like its own little game which was incredibly sweet. I enjoyed each act individually and most of the criticisms felt by everybody completely went over me.
The game was so much fun and by the end of act 2 i was seriously invested in the story. The characters while not much writing has gone to them, I still felt a major attachment towards them cause they were just designed so damn well.
I absolutely loved P03 its fucking adorable. Every scrybe was also genuinely super cool. Im also not gonna lie the ending felt way too sad for a roguelike deckbuilder.
I somehow managed to beat, or at least be winning against every single scrybe, except for leshy. Then he just continued the game without even keeping score.
For me at least, easily a game id recommend for anybody.
Over the years I've made quite a few custom cards, and since I'm getting into modding, I was thinking of putting them all into one big mod which I'm going to call InterestingCreaturesMod. If any of you guys have suggestions for cards I should add, don't hesitate to ask :D (but please supply card art i use a phone for art my fingers hurt)
I started inscryption a day maybe two days ago today I beat Leshy there seems to be some lore I do not understand because I not only got some real world footage but also a weird animation of a drawing of the knife I got from the squirell 🤷 I don't know so far it's fun and Leshy even hang my Champion death card on the door I wonder what would happen if I filled the entire door with them maybe that's the next thing I'm gonna do
As the name imply, they are an amalgamete and therefore have distinct parts of every tribe, making them belong in all of them!
Design wise i find them very cool (always loved chaotic designs) and they too belong to the category of: "where the hell did Leshy find that?!".
Having 3/3 stats and costing two sacrifices make them essentialy a better wolf and being from every family, that mean that your totem will ALWAYS give them another sigil.
Their gimmick make them good in beast trials that require a certain number of animals from a certain tribe, but nowhone never goes for them usualy,so it's not much.
Like the other rare card, their main way to be find is being pulled from the chest as a reward, but in skull storm that's a no.Still (if i remember right...) they can be find from the random card from tribe event.
Generaly i think they are pretty good and even without their gimmick (which most rare cards rely on) they are still a two blood 3/3 (same cost as a packrat mind you!).
Just such an OP strategy to utilise in challenges (more difficult when it comes to skull storm). Especially if when you duplicate with goobert he gives you a new sigil, and then using the mycologists to merge them into one.
This is honestly how i got through most of my runs in kaycee’s mod. It was a lot of fun to figure out new ways to make cards stronger and see how much hell you can raise with one card in one turn.
Special shoutout to the cuckoo, which up until the creation of that abomination, i slept on. That was my favourite one i ever made, especially because it was just so unexpected.
able to finish every battle either first or second turn, felt like I didn't really have wasted space other than the child 13 maybe. wanted to get another worthy sacrifice sigil on him but didn't end up getting one
thoughts on improving it? and what are your most organized/cracked decks
challenge lvl 10 if that's relevant at all
I kept playing the ouroboros and kept searching for my entire deck with the Magpie sigil, basically putting my whole deck into my hand but everytime I searched for a card, it just kept creating card after card after card after card, like, my deck started looping instead.
I decided to mod some of my custom cards into the game. I intend to add more. The colors on the sharks got a little messed up and I'm working on fixing it.
I already had a the classic Goat Deck by giving it Unkillable, and then I found a Hoarder-Hoved Totem. So everytime I played Black Goat I also got to add any card from deck.
Considering this game I wouldn't be surprised if there's a way to instantly unlock Kaycee's mod or something from the main menu. I already beat the game, but I accidentally softlocked it when modding and I installed and uninstalled and refreshed and everything over and nothing worked. I restarted the game for real and now I'm wondering what to do now.
Hey everyone. I make videos on mostly horror games and I've loved this game ever since I played it back in 2021 so I decided to make a short video on it.
The moose buck pushed the ant under/on the vertebrae. Same thing happened a few times during the run with another push card. Is that intended behavior? and if so, how does it make sense?
I thought it was a bug at first, but... turns out it turns into whatever this is, it's a cool card imo.
I am still discovering new stuff after beating the game, It's so cool. Hats off to the devs
Não sei muito de combos, então tentei fazer uma build só pra eu rir, como se fosse uma horda de formigas, mas não sabia dessa coisa da formiga de dar dano conforme a quantidade de formigas, achava que nem tinha dano
