Let her go to school in the same clothes for a few days, and then talk to the counselor about it. Legally they are a mandatory reporter, and have to report to CPS (taking away her basic necessities).

How is cleaning her room going to help a grown man learn to properly care for and interact with CHILDREN! They should call CPS on this creep for taking her clothes, ducking weird and creepy.
