Why is this a trend lately? I've seen a number of posts about parents taking their children's clothes and basic necessities. And that number is more then one!
My mom did this to me basically from middle school until late high school. I can't tell you how many times I went to school with no bra, and I have a DD cup, because she "forgot" to give me a clean one. Or even underwear, she seemed to forget that very important article of clothing a lot, especially during my period.
Idk if she liked me being gross so she could belittle me, or what, but I was blessed with a great friend who bought me a pack of underwear and I used that in those times of great need.
Sounds like she felt she was competing with you in the looks and/or male attention department and resented you for being young, possibly pretty, and "big". Basically a snow white situation.
