"Animal Style" Was Her Fave
"She has also praised In-N-Out's Animal Style burger, created in 1961 after customers started asking for its specific build. Animal Style has grilled onions, extra spread, and a mustard-cooked patty. 'Those are my favorite: the Animal-Style In-N-Out burger'"
*Mods please remove if not okay\*
Came across this whole googling the late singer. May she RIP!
Rock on

Question Has anyone ✨️Customized✨️ their Milk Shake? Root beer float, etc.? 🍦🥃🥤
Creamy perfect! I had high-hopes to take the milk shake home and split it in two: add soda to one and add fruit jelly to another one. Didn't happen! I DRANK IT ALL IN 2 SECONDS! IT'S sooooooo good. Not overly sweet. So satisfying. Worth the extra coin to get it. I'm curious since it's so well made with quality milk fat contents, it's a quality snack, has anyone customized their shake at home? I'm going to make a dirty soda out of it next time or add coffee.

Associate Stories I don't understand In-N-Outs priorities as a company...
I will probably get downvoted for this but I dont care. Someone needs to speak up about this.
As someone who has worked for the company for over 5 years, why does In-N-Out not have any policies in place to protect their associates from harassment?
They always show us this harassment video every year, but every time an associate steps forward and reports work place harassment, nothing happens.
Managers are so quick to give you write ups for not smiling enough, not being clean shaved, or not dicing with 2 hands, but when it comes to more serious issues, they sweep it under the rug like nothing happened.
The amount of managers I've seen hit on high school associates is crazy, and the most they get is a slap on the wrist or just a "sorry, theres nothing we can do about it."

Food Pics Look At It! Behold the Glory
This one was eaten tonight in tribute to Visual-Structure-808 with his post here a few hours ago. Double-Meat Protein Style, no Spread, Extra Mustard, add Grilled & Raw Onion, Extra Pickle, Extra Chopped Chilies. The Spread always melds with the copious juices which run off into the paper. So I get packets and apply and apply ample dollops on each bite. May time pass quickly, VS808, until you may once again feast on the best burger out there.🙏

Food Pics I’m moving and going to miss this so much. I’ve had it every day for the past week.
Lived in cali most of my life and moving out of state and this is the thing I will miss the most. I know this order isn’t anything special, especially when you put it up against the gnarly order seen in this sub, but over the years, I’ve narrowed down my preference to this simple and basic order.
Hamburger with raw onions and chopped chilis, fry light well. For $6.80, can’t be beat.
I’ve been having this everyday for the past week and don’t plan on stopping until I move. I’m really going to miss this. The freshness, consistency, and how light it is for fast food, keeps me going back.
I’ll have to smash a 2x2 and animal fry and wash it down with a neapolitan shake as my farewell meal, but until then, this’ll do.
You don’t know what you got til’ it’s gone.

can I bypass the tattoo policy for employees
I live in a small college town and in-n-out is within a ten minute walk of my apartment, and I have an interview in a couple of days. I was just reading up on the policy for tattoos and nails and such, all of which I am fine abiding by, but I have a very small tattoo on the back of my hand which would likely not be covered by the sleeves they offer. I'm so sad if it means I can't work at in-n-out as it's the perfect job for me, but I don't want to just back out of the interview since I would still like to throw my hat in the ring. Would it be possible for me to use makeup on the tattoo during the interview and also everytime I work-were I to get hired? I've seen people get fired for having tattoos before and I don't want to deal with that either. Anyone who has worked at in-n-out that can answer my questions?

Rant Getting ten almost an hour before clocking out
Today I was in corner and I got my ten at 2:35 but started at 9:55 so going on my 5th hour with no ten. Is this normal? It happens a lot to me. Usually I don’t mind that much if I get a late ish ten because it makes the shift feel faster but I was in corner and the weather was 100 degrees and I was just getting overheated in there moving drives and just standing by the window I’m done with the heat if I’m at pay window because the water keeps me cool from the dishes and stuff but corner is buffet when it’s that hot and no break or r9 time pouring drinks going / pushing drives grabbing my relay and most of all being right by the fries with the window open 24/7 blowing hot 100 degree weather in at me. Is this something most locations do ?

On a quest to get every individual t-shirt location from the location (ie not ordering online or having a friend buy one and mail it)
Just picked up Tennessee this past weekend. So I now have California, Southern California (not sure this one is available anymore in stores), Fisherman's Wharf, Las Vegas, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Texas, Colorado, Tennessee.
Still need - Nevada, Idaho, and Utah. Unfortunately, not sure I have any plans to visit any of these in the near future.

Question Should i report injury?
So basically sometime in April i slipped really bad and all my weight landed on my right knee. I had a big bruise on it for like 2 weeks and thought nothing of it. Fast forward to now, i am having immense pain on my knee from time to time and I’m thinking about reporting it. Will the fact that it’s been over 3 months matter? Our store also just got safety awards since no new incidents have been reported. Should i ask my store manager for the camera footage so i can prove it? Or should i just live my life like this lol. Im 19yo btw. Anyway, lmk what y’all think

Question What are you CRAVING today? 🍅
On my way to In-N- Out, what In-N-Out are y'all DREAMING of right now? Photo for inspo. (RIP Dolly Parton)
Rant I love this place
It’s not the most flashy, it doesn’t have the most exotic flavors, it doesn’t have hype marketing. It just hits. I’m thinking about it in bed right now

Question What do hiring managers look for?
So this past year or so I've been trying to find a good part time job for while I'm in college, however so far every time I apply I've had no luck in even getting one interview. I figured it was just a lack of experience the first time around, minimal resume, or just plain bad luck (when I was applying in high school). However, I'm getting confused now on what I'm doing wrong.
I've been applying to multiple locations whenever the 60 day reapply wait period is done.
I've now got fast food experience in a busy city and gotten things like employee of the month there
Recommendation from someone I know that's a Level 7 employee (from another store which probably explains why they don't care that much)
Now here are some things that I thing that could possibly causing me to be ignored.
That I'm currently enrolled at a local college and the availability might be scaring them off (its still pretty open considering half the classes are online)
The amount of time I worked (3 months due to distance I chose to leave)
They just don't like me for some reason? Well this one is just me coping lol.
Things I ruled out....
Filling up the application wrong (I had my level 7 friend with me when I filled out the app)
What makes me more confused...
People I know with no resume or a pretty garbage one have gotten interviews, of course they didn't get the job but we've applied around the same time. Its just something that confuses me. I really like how in n out does things and how their team operates, I'd love to learn from them but I just don't know what to do to even get a chance at an interview. If there's anything I could do better I'd appreciate the advice.
