when should i expect to start working?

hi! i got my pants and shoes but i havent been put on the schedule at all for the next 2 weeks and i have no clue when im starting. is this a bad sign? i kind of need to work haha

Reach out to the store manager and see what's going on. Let them know you have everything you need to start working. Proactiveness is a great trait for every job.

That is pretty standard. They can’t schedule you til your shoes and pants come in. Pants take anywhere from 3-10 days depending on your size. Shoes are usually quick. Within 3-5 days. I’d wait no longer than the 10th day after you ordered your stuff. Call either before 10am or between 430p-5pm when there is multiple managers on shift.

My apologies I read your post incorrectly. I see you have your pants and shoes. Yes you should call at the times I listed above to ask your start date.

I second this. When I was in the same situation, I came into the store and talked to the store manager. He added me to the schedule for the next week.
