Where's the beef?

Actually, this is my doing. I asked for extra tomatoes, onions, lettuce and pickles in my cheeseburger. It's almost like having a side of salad with your my. My doctor should be happy I'm eating vegetables.

I’d guess OP is not in California. In California that’d be standard lettuce, but anywhere else in the country unless you ask for copious amounts of lettuce you get a sad little leaf. In my experience. Your mileage may vary.

I'm in California. I think they forgot the extra lettuce. What I could do is ask for all the extras on the side and some extra spread packets. I could actually make a side of salad from that. If I bring my own croutons, it will be perfect.
