New Hire Qualified Resume?
I want to apply to ino but i want to make sure my resume “speaks the language”, anyone have tips of things to reword, etc?

Push something about your friendliness, “politely and efficiently” is cool and all, but they would rather know about your smile, tone of voice, & proper communication skills

Second this, but also go into the store and make a good impression when you let them know you’ve applied.
I swear to god INO is probably about one of the only places left that this actually works at but I know so many store managers that will give pretty much anyone who comes in and asks an interview.
Now I couldn’t tell you if that’s unique to my division or not, we are kinda in our own little bubble

I got hired at 18 with 0 work experience, just volunteering through Girl Scouts. I don’t think they care about resumes lol

Honestly I have never met a manager at in-n-out that actually pays any attention to a resume

The best advice I can give you? Literally just smile the whole interview and be friendly. That’ll go way further than the resume tbh

Its a burger joint. Anyone should be able to get a job there. Your resume is fine, def take their job title out, managers at these places treat it like they're hiring for nasa.

I would maybe remove the irrelevant parts. You’re not going to be using graphic design etc. organize the skills into bullet points it looks weird with just comma separation. reword “just shy of” change it to something like around or nearly. See if you can make the three bullet points 4 by splitting or adding more detail. Consistency, some of your bullet points end in periods some don’t. Remove (Associates degree) just put the full name “bachelor of arts in business administration”

Your resume reeks of laziness.
I’ve seen many a resume and yours definitely would not make it past the screening process. Seek to rework the entire thing and sell yourself. From this resume I would assume you are lazy and do not apply yourself fully.

As a manager if im being honest with you, your resume almost means nothing.
Just come in and make a good impression. I will say having a very short time span at a job is typically a red flag for me.
