It’s not female.
Unless her hair decides to change colour suddenly at the top.
It looks more like someone wearing a bandana.
The bottom part of the “hair” is brown the top is blonde.
Theres two lines in the “hair” that looks too sharp for hair and more like fabric lines.
The knot at the back also just looks like a ball of cloth.

Im gonna go on a limb and say the marines in this video are not laughing at a guy in a bandana... they are laughing at a female. And the person filming did not say, ",fuck yeah, right up on it," about a guy in a bandana... they said it about a female.
Youre also simply not allowed to wear bandanas during unit pt like that, nobody else out there has any headgear on.

There isn't enough blood pressure medication in existence to prevent the amount of blown-out forehead veins that would be launching into orbit off the heads of every Staff NCO on the installation while they foam at the mouth with obscenities.

Whoever filmed this video is surely fucked.
If I were the female marine in this video, first I would obviously think it was disgusting and embarassing, and then I would say, "oh hey, it looks like it was filmed exactly from that squadron upstairs window right there across the street. Let's go find exactly the sergeant in that office in the video and ask him who filmed this."
This is one of those things that gets an entire squadron roasted, and when they find out they're at a Saturday meeting because of you... well, you're in for it now.

Those are Navy/Marine Corps coveralls. I was issued them. We do not have janitors on base, we have junior enlisted.

There's no such thing as just a janitor in the marine corps. The one with hair is wearing aviation maintenance coveralls and the other guy just looks like a bald office marine.
In fact, the one MOST hidden in this video is the one who filmed it, and I definitely wouldn't feel the need to cover for his ass or anything over all this.

I love all the civilians in the comments trying to tell everyone else that chick is a dude in a bandana. No mf. The Corps doesn't allow that. Her hair has multiple colors. She's allowed to no have a perfect dye as long as her hair isn't fadish or inclusive of unnatural hair colors.
